BAWANG Shampoo will accept, for return and exchange, items that are in new condition, unopen, unused, and free of damages
by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, courier out your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order. We will
refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt
of original order. Items must be returned in their original packaging such as colourboxes with shrink wrapping.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the
status of your refund after inspecting item. If your return is approved, it will take 14 days for the refund to be credited into
your bank account. Do note that if you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
